Bucket, Water and the Life that Flows

The bucket I use for house cleaning recently became the focus of my awareness. Hence, conscious presence flowed through me as water in a stream. Likewise, conscious presence becomes obvious to everyone on occasion. This happens when we are in the moment beyond boundaries of mind and body. Yes, an object, such as the bucket I use, will offer a portal to presence. However, any thought, feeling, person or thing is only the jumping off point to active awareness. Thus, practice the acknowledgment of unity and tranquility that flows from you as the source of your beingness. Nothing in your mind or surroundings can give you conscious enlightenment. Presence is a state of being. And, our beingness should flow without biasness, attachment or dependency.

Conscious living is not something we do. Rather, we are the beingness of being. It is beneficial to deeply realize that conscious awareness flows from you. Or, it doesn’t. Here also, your state of beingness determines the energy that flows. Therefore, influences how you live life. No other person or thing can give you conscious presence. Continue reading

Existentialism Within the Flow of Life

Existentialism is a word that expresses something we can commonly call, how we live here and now. Furthermore, we live best when we fully live within the moment. Thus, we are responsible for how we live through the act of conscious or unconscious beingness.

existentialism

Philosophers throughout our history share a mutual understanding that we co-create the manifestation of life. Furthermore, our participation in life is either active or passive (conscious or unconscious). This basically suggests that being aware of, and actively participating within, this moment results in life becoming authentic. Wikipedia shares the following information about two of these philosophers. I paraphrase the excepts.

Søren Kierkegaard (1813 – 1855) was a Danish philosopher. He is regarded as the first existentialist philosopher, though he did not use the term existentialism. He proposed that each individual—not society or religion—is solely responsible for giving meaning to life and living it passionately and sincerely, or ‘authentically’.

Jean-Paul Charles Aymard Sartre (1905 – 1980) was a French philosopher. He wrote. At first man is nothing. Only afterward will he be something, and he himself will have made what he will be.

Is Your Experience of Life Dull or Bright?

Thoughts and emotions place filters over aware presence making life seem so dull. Thus, this mind domination obscures conscious awareness. A person looks at the sky, a tree or a bird.  But, usually, what a person sees is a mind filter interpretation. Thus, a reaction or behavior within a person causes this type of stimulus to deceive and confuse. Therefore, this type of mind behavior prevents a person from realizing the true essence and actuality of any given experience.

On the other hand, realizing your true potential as a conscious being is a useful stepping stone to enlightenment. Words, such as enlightenment and insignificant details mesmerize the mind. Hence, the mind attaches itself and your sense of being to everything you experience. But, please don’t let the mind dominate your sense of presence with insignificant details. Otherwise, these details overshadow the act of aware beingness.  This insight and our topic discussions, to illustrate, refer to conscious illumination and mind dependency liberation. You are the manifestation of one-self (presence) as an isness that has the potential to be universal through non-attachment. And, more obvious, you are the non-self (Buddhism: Anattā) of being, equally, through non-attachment. Continue reading

Touch Yourself and Feel the Miracle

Firstly, this article is not about sex. 😊 The following shared insight is also not actually about miracles. So then, what do I wish to share with you? Do you realize the significance of being you? Please do not allow the mind to convince you this question is about temporary details of your existence. You are not special because you have a specific career, an expensive house, or an enormous ego. And, you are no less a person because you don’t have these things. Instead, your profound greatness is the simple experience of being you. Accordingly, I ask you to touch yourself on the cheek or arm. Acknowledge the true essence of this experience. You are. The realization of yourself is the gateway to the totality of being. Thus, touching your hand to cheek is not merely a physical phenomenon. You are, straightforwardly, aligning yourself with the universe.

The act of conscious awareness is the doorway to a self-realization that is beyond all details of this existence. Here also, I wish to assure you that this is not nonsense/ philosophical gibberish that I share. But, we often become confused about our true nature. The mind induces this misinterpretation. Nevertheless, you are not your mind. Rather, it is you. And, now is the time to remind the mind who’s boss. So, again, please consciously touch your hand to cheek. Awaken to the sensation of absolute beingness. Consider this awareness to be a state of being alive, if the last sentence is too philosophical for you. Continue reading

Sharing Everything: The Whole Shebang

It is all about sharing. Isn’t it? I ask this question in reference to life. Everyone may have a different understanding of what life represents. Still, an object exists. Therefore, it has the potential to live. Hence, everything is sharing this energy; as with all objects and species, great or small.  I tend to feel that even a totally lifeless form is alive at a molecular level. The reason for this is that life is a universal vibration. It is to say that the universal totality is sharing energy. Thus, Life resonates through living and non-living forms.

Likewise, this vibrating impulse is constant. Nevertheless, it is susceptible to fluctuations. This is due to object output vibrations; whether from thought, consciousness or any other forms of output. A given reality, for example, takes on a portrait derived from your thoughts. Therefore, it seems so real. Hence, each person can; by process of individual and shared thoughts, manifest different realities. These are based on the given projected energy fluctuation; whether personal or collective. Moreover, the energy output is often two-fold. This being either mind or consciousness. We are still unsure if these are different or one and the same. Continue reading
