Spiritual Evolution Is the Next Step

The words in this title describe the awakening of a person to the possibilities of life beyond the mind. Thus, spiritual transformation is a term that we often use for this shift. What happens to a person during this process? Does the person actually change? Or, does this person simply and deeply awaken to the true act of being alive?

There is a belief among most people that knowing the meaning of our existence is vital to living. Thus, primary one question dominates our existence. Obviously, we ask. What is the purpose of our existence? But, this question and the need to know is the root of much confusion, fear and judgement. However, what if we consider this question from the perspective of mind to conscious living transformation? Continue reading

Experience Calmness of Mind and Body

Calmness is a state of balance between mind and consciousness. We can describe this calm state as being equanimous. Leonard Nimoy played the character Spock in Star Trek. Moreover, I felt that this sequence was accurate to use after reading the information on Wikipedia. Therefore, we could consider this pattern a prelude to habitual behavior. Continue reading

Space: Journey beyond the Mind

What is Space? There are many ideas and visions that appear in the mind when we refer to this dimension. William Shatner (Captain Kirk) shared a profound quote during the introduction of the original Star Trek show.

The show begins with Captain Kirk saying…“Space, the final frontier…

space

Space is “a continuous area or expanse that is free, available or unoccupied”. Wikipedia, likewise, suggest that “Space is a boundless, three-dimensional extent in which objects and events have relative position and direction.” Nevertheless, how does this benefit a consciously awakened person? I will use a personal experience to illustrate how we can consciously expand. Continue reading
