Breathe In, Breathe Out: That’s what it is all about!

Breathe in, breathe out…do the Hokey Pokey and turn it all about; this is what conscious manifestation does in life. The children’s song “Hokey Pokey” originated as a British folk dance in the early 1800s. There are different variations known throughout the world. This song came to me as an inspiration yesterday in regards to consciousness, life and manifestation. I had this insight just as I had finished meditating whereby the breath was the focus of this exercise.

Relax and breathe in slowly. Feel how the body reacts as you inhale and then exhale. Let’s consider this relaxing meditation technique in regards to the dimension of universal energy. Consciousness is always present; although we don’t understand it. We are usually unaware of “it”; whereby “it” is not necessarily consciousness but the totality of everything.

Human beings have the ability to be aware of this energy field. It is possible, in every moment, to actively sense this dimension and to influence it. This can be done in a similar manner to breathing. You breathe in and you breathe out. This happens constantly but you are not usually aware that it is occurring.

Breathe in and Focus

Focusing on breathing is often used to “clear your thoughts”, alter erratic metabolic behavior in the body, and to reach deeper levels of blissfulness and unity through meditation. This same practice can be used to deepen our state of awareness to consciousness. We can either breathe in and out without any regard to the process of breathing or we can become an active participant in the unfolding of each breath. This sounds difficult but only because the mind wishes to interfere. The very act of focusing on a single occurrence such as breathing will allow everything to simply fall into place.

This is also possible in our daily activities. Conscious energy is flowing to and fro, in and out. You can remain unaware and proclaim that everything is due to fate. Or you can shift your perspective from abstract to absolute, in terms of your relationship with the true self and the moment.

The mind will eventually offer no further resistance to your active interaction with universal consciousness. Then it is possible for a person to experience true bliss constantly, regardless of situations or circumstances. Breathe in, breathe out that is what it is truly about.

Be aware and take care. It is never too late to co-create. Breathe in and breathe out. It is possible to turn everything about.
